About Wendi Beld

As a Colorado native who grew up in Grand County, I've always had a deep appreciation for this beautiful state. I'm a proud CSU alum with a degree in Health and Exercise Science & Cardiac Rehab, as well as a master's in Health Services Administration from San Diego State. My career began in healthcare, where I spent over 20 years as a VP of healthcare software sales for a Fortune 500 company, honing my skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and crafting win-win deals-skills that seamlessly translate into real estate.

Real estate has always been a passion of mine. From development and design to building custom and semi-custom homes and managing out-of-state rental properties, I've explored multiple facets of the industry. Now, I love using my expertise to help buyers and sellers navigate the process-whether they're making a move for today or planning for their future. I take a thoughtful, strategic approach to ensure my clients find the right home that truly meets their long-term needs.

On the personal side, life is never dull! My two teenage daughters keep me busy-one is an avid golfer, and the other is a dedicated equestrian. I also have two grown sons who are off pursuing their own careers. When my husband Jason and I aren't working, we love golfing, cooking, taking road trips, and glamping.
